From Halo, to Airsoft, to Paintball

Remember when I tried to get all of you hooked on Airsoft? What a waste of money that was, but at least I've got a few cool looking guns to play around with in the back yard for target practice. You have to admit that Uzi looked badass while firing full auto!
After testing (on the General) a brown paper disposable target vest I cut out from a roll of packing paper I finally realized although a good idea, this whole Airsoft business is fatally flawed. Most Airsoft battles I've witnessed first hand ended up in a bunch of nerds arguing over who got shot and who did not.
So why not just give up my prejudice of Paintballing and go with the flow of the paint... I'm not sure why I assumed all Paintballers were ignorant Redneck Hicks, but I intend to find out first hand wether or not that is true, I'm fairly confident the majority are not, at least in California...
