One of our clients is a Basenji, stubborn but manageable. The owner is about the same, speaks his mind and does not take crap from anyone, in and out of the hospital and just wants to live out his last days in peace. Well, he loves to talk and I obviously informed him about my trip to Sweden later next week. This afternoon he hands me an envelope, my name written on it. Inside is a card with a short note wishing me a good time during my trip and some good advice, it ends with "Sincerely, Morgan" That's the dog's name...

There is also a check drawn to my name in the amount of $500.00
